Ingredients: Choline bitartrate, Betaine, Inositol, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride); Vitamin A (Retinyl-acetate), Folic acid (Calcium L-metifolate); Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
Use: 1 – 2 tablets per day to be swallowed with a large sip of water.
