Ingredients: Myo-inositol, Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baillon) seeds E.S. tit. 98% in L-5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan), Vitamin B6.
Use: 1 – 2 sachets per day to dissolve in a glass of water and preferably taken between meals.
